Beer3 info: Wheat ale 15 [Done]
- Idea: Have drinkable wheat Ale with banana/citrus scent
- Mash: 250 g wheat malt, 350 g Munich malt, cca 200 g light Ale malt extract (liquid). Infusion 50-63-67 (10/20/30 min)
- Hops: Equanot 2018, 14 % alpha (storage corrected: 8.6 %) ; boil: 2-2-5 g @ -60/-15/-5; at -15 also 2g coriander (moulu) and 10 g orange peel (dry)
- OG: 15.0 °Bx (1.061), IBU projected: 23, yeast: SafAle WB-06
- Progress: d4: Fermentation seems to be already finished
- Stopped on d12, FG: 2.1 °Bxc (1.008), ABV: 6.9 %
- Result: Do not use orange peel (harsh bitternes)
